Use Avocado to Boost Nutrient Absorption

It’s more than just a topping for toast.

Avocado has been found to increase the amounts of nutrients absorbed from other foods eaten with it. Throw some sliced avocado into a salad or on top of a sandwich, or whip up a batch of homemade guac.

Just remember that you can’t let cut avocado sit around too long, as it quickly goes black and mushy.
