Vitamin B6 May Boost Dream Recall

» Looking to get a better handle on exactly where you roam in dreamland every night? Taking vitamin B6 before bedtime may help. Australian researchers randomly assigned 100 volunteers between the ages of 18 and 40 to take either vitamin B6, a general B-complex or a placebo for five nights and to record their dreams. According to results in the journal Perceptual and Motor Skills, those in the B6 group saw greater gains in dream vividness and recall.
